Building Wholeness is a new and creative way to learn to move forward in life. Our group focuses on the program of healing developed by Mary E. Munsell.
The meeting will help you focus on the five building blocks of the program:
Going Beyond Coping.
Reflect upon what you hold yourself accountable to in your life. Discover what you can hold yourself accountable to help you create and build a new life. Understand how and why you make the decisions you make. Learn to recognize your triggers and red flags so you control the cycling of symptoms. Rebuild and create a new life full of hope and possibilities. Begin moving beyond relying on coping skills.
